In order to provide the best care possible, we let our customers decide what they like or dislike in what our service offers. There are things certain patients will be uncomfortable with and thus we let them decide if they want to do certain tasks such as cutting nails by themselves, but with the supervision of course.
Our caregivers are trained professionals, who know how to treat patients, be respectful, and respect personal boundaries. Even seniors who can’t do basic activities by themselves need to retain a certain level of independence, and this is something that we pay attention to.
